Born and raised in Memphis, TN, I have always had a passion for maintaining healthy, natural hair. It’s been my mission since childhood to promote the health and beauty of natural hair. I love seeing my clients leave with confidence and joy, and I aim to equip you with the tools you need to maintain your hair at home. Yes, I do service children. I look forward to meeting your hair care needs! PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO PREVENT MISUNDERSTANDINGS! Deposit Policy • Deposits are mandatory and will be applied toward your service. • Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances. • No changes allowed to the appointment after booking or during appointment. Be precise when scheduling, as there is a fee to reschedule. Rescheduling Policy • ONE RESCHEDULE PER APPT. • To reschedule an appointment, contact Loc Dae via phone (9016534265) or email (info@shoplocdae.com) with a new date and time that is shown as available on the website. • A $15 rescheduling fee will apply to all rescheduled appointments and must be paid at the time of rescheduling via cash app, Zelle or Apple Pay. Late Arrivals • A 7-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • Arrivals after 7 minutes will incur a $20 late fee but will still proceed if within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. • Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will be marked as a No-Show and cannot be serviced. Please understand that I cannot intrude on the time allotted for other clients. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled service with only the loss of the deposit. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. No-Show Policy • A No-Show will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. • Repeated cancellations or failure to process a No-Show fee will result in being blocked from future bookings. Payment Policy • Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments. • If services are rendered and satisfaction is acknowledged, any card disputes or declines will result in an immediate and permanent block from future services. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Tap Pay, or Card only. • No payment apps (e.g., Venmo, Cash App). Appointment Guidelines • No extra people allowed during your appointment. • No drop-offs. I am not responsible for clients waiting after services are complete. • No service additions can be made at the time of your appointment. Be clear and concise when booking. Service Pricing • Prices are based on length, hair needs, and condition. • Final cost will depend on the consultation and what is required for your desired style. Cancellation Policy

There is a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations with 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No exceptions.
